1. work from home - additional equipment provided, IT / HR support via telephone. 2. no overtime, the work is divided fairly according to your competences 3. support from supervisors, clear escalation path 4. open program for interns - students can apply for part time work and gain the experience, after the internship there is a possibility to apply for a Full Time job as a Junior Specialist, buddy program to all new joiners 5. Refer a Friend program where you get money if you recommend someone to the company after 3 months of hiring that person 6. LMS program with an open library of online live trainings in various areas including MS Office and soft skills, English language etc. 7. additional money for holidays, Sodexo card, 4 hours off on your birthday etc

Cons

In my role I am dealing with transition process. Billing activities are transitioned from one type of service to a new one, some services are moved to Poland. I have joined 9 months ago, there are many new joiners up till today. Sometimes there is a lack of legacy data, and it takes time to get to the correct information.
