Micromanagement. Threaten to bring misconduct if negligently perform. You will get scolded first upon asking questions as if your question is stupid and yourself. Worst management ever as they never reflect themselves. Shift blaming game

All anyone ever does is lie. No one wanted to help each other or be willing to teach about anything. There were absolutely ZERO performance reviews or any feedback from anyone there. You’re not trained for your job so because you can’t get any feedback when you ask you sometimes doubt yourself. HR is a complete joke they don’t even log on most of the time and they don’t know how real discussions work.
