      None to share other than take home salary is good

      Cons

      High turnover company, in last 1 year 3 HR persons have churned. Newly joined HR is also on lookout list. Just imagine it forget regular employees

      TMF Group has been undergoing some changes and we are looking at how we can improve ourselves as a business and employer. We are moving forward with a stronger strategy to also better improve how we position ourselves as an employer.

      None, can’t believe I worked here

      Cons

      All anyone ever does is lie. No one wanted to help each other or be willing to teach about anything. There were absolutely ZERO performance reviews or any feedback from anyone there. You’re not trained for your job so because you can’t get any feedback when you ask you sometimes doubt yourself. HR is a complete joke they don’t even log on most of the time and they don’t know how real discussions work.
