      Pros

      Difficult to find advantages ! Since the merger nothing has improved !! Before merger: i learnt a lot After merger: no further development ! Lunch ticket Parking place in Auchan parking (against participation EUR)

      Cons

      No respect, No consideration for the work performed, No regular feedback ! Big turnover of the employees, ....client retention ok but employee retention not ok ! They don't motivate staff... In front office you, colleagues say "green" Behind you... They say "red" Bonus, you can forget it ! Pressure regarding timesheets, productivity, chargeability !! Too much stress... With impact on your health !! Burnout, boreout, etc I am happy having left this company and my health is better now ;) I don't recommend you this company

      All anyone ever does is lie. No one wanted to help each other or be willing to teach about anything. There were absolutely ZERO performance reviews or any feedback from anyone there. You’re not trained for your job so because you can’t get any feedback when you ask you sometimes doubt yourself. HR is a complete joke they don’t even log on most of the time and they don’t know how real discussions work.
