Like all large multinational companies, we focus on driving efficiencies from time to time in order to help provide the capacity to invest more in crucial areas, such as client experience, new products and services, or talent development.
All anyone ever does is lie. No one wanted to help each other or be willing to teach about anything. There were absolutely ZERO performance reviews or any feedback from anyone there. You’re not trained for your job so because you can’t get any feedback when you ask you sometimes doubt yourself. HR is a complete joke they don’t even log on most of the time and they don’t know how real discussions work.
