      Pros

      Not a perfect company but there are a lot of initiatives has been put together to improve the process internally. The management has taken employee surveys seriously, addressing the key issue and taking actions. A great company to start off and to learn because they are growing in the market. Flexible working environment, can work from home for regional staff, employee fun activities every month (movie, badminton, laser battle, etc), other standards benefits.

      Cons

      Benefits need some improvements. People leaves because lack of career advancement and recognition.

Of course people move on for a variety of reasons and succession planning can lead to disappointment. We are consciously evolving our Individual Development Plans and Mobility programs to drive our high internal appointment rates even higher, helping our employees reach their potential.

      None, can’t believe I worked here

      Cons

      All anyone ever does is lie. No one wanted to help each other or be willing to teach about anything. There were absolutely ZERO performance reviews or any feedback from anyone there. You’re not trained for your job so because you can’t get any feedback when you ask you sometimes doubt yourself. HR is a complete joke they don’t even log on most of the time and they don’t know how real discussions work.
