      They have a great business referals which is how they get great customers

      Cons

      I worked in Mexico's office, just when many changes happened in the company, totally lack of loyalty to employees and a lot of lies to customers due to not have the capacity to attend them and they literally charge a lot for the kind of services they promise to deliver, all the extra time you work in there does not translate in bonus or salary raise.

      All anyone ever does is lie. No one wanted to help each other or be willing to teach about anything. There were absolutely ZERO performance reviews or any feedback from anyone there. You’re not trained for your job so because you can’t get any feedback when you ask you sometimes doubt yourself. HR is a complete joke they don’t even log on most of the time and they don’t know how real discussions work.
