      Pros

      Good colleagues and benefits. No hierarchy. Friendly working environment. Helpful HR. These are all the reasons why I like to work here.

      Cons

      Lack of career path and promotion for the non-fee earning staff. No bonus if your country cannot meet the sky high budget.

      None, can’t believe I worked here

      Cons

      All anyone ever does is lie. No one wanted to help each other or be willing to teach about anything. There were absolutely ZERO performance reviews or any feedback from anyone there. You’re not trained for your job so because you can’t get any feedback when you ask you sometimes doubt yourself. HR is a complete joke they don’t even log on most of the time and they don’t know how real discussions work.
