      Generally good IT organisation. Relied heavily on offshoring via an Indian third party at the time. Not sure if this is still the case

      Company was paying for a lack on investment in IT infrastructure at the time that hampered its ability to invovate

      All anyone ever does is lie. No one wanted to help each other or be willing to teach about anything. There were absolutely ZERO performance reviews or any feedback from anyone there. You’re not trained for your job so because you can’t get any feedback when you ask you sometimes doubt yourself. HR is a complete joke they don’t even log on most of the time and they don’t know how real discussions work.
