Pros
Flexitime system with the possibility to take into account the time that you spend at the workplace. Quite friendly environment (depending on the country) with a mix of nationalities. In certains teams you don't really get the possibility to play your role of senior accountant (no team to manage or work to review from juniors): you have your own portofolio and have to do everything from A to Z. International mobility programe for long term employees.
Cons
Chargeability pressure related to time sheets. Not enough trainings or updates or subjects not clearly debated. Sometimes weak middle management. Wide salary discrepancies for the same position. Low bonuses and often unrelated to the profile.
