Pros
Weekly pay. Very cultural building. If you're lucky you'll meet some pretty decent people. A good opportunity for young people to get their feet on the ground and get the experience necessary to take somewhere else.
Cons
Micromanagement. Absolutely no support from supervisors/management. You're forced to do other people's jobs. Oh, and did I mention that they hire felons and shady people? No bonuses. Terrible raises building wide. The building closes during their "slow time" which means your forced to go home and use your personal/sick/vacation time to cover it. Or you choose to receive no pay. There are absolutely no opportunities for advancement/promotion,however, they pride themselves in promising you there is. Management doesn't know left from right. They bark orders but don't support anyone on their team. The associates that they hire are almost entirely from different countries. They work them like dogs and pay them terribly. Half of those associates are more hard working/intelligent than the arrogant pigs in management, however, they don't give them opportunities to show it.
