Pros
The work is pretty self explanatory and not too difficult. The 10% discount is kind of nice too, plus if you work in the back you get to see what new stuff is coming out on the floor and you can save it if you think you're gonna buy it.
Cons
Management isn't that great. The coordinators work really hard but there's a lack of communication between them and management-and I think it's because of management. Some of the employees who have worked for a long time will sometimes feel the need to constantly tell you what to do or basically micromanage you-even if you know what you're doing or if someone in management told you to do it. COVID-19 protocol doesn't seem that important. I had to work right next to other employees because the working environment was so crowded that you couldn't even get out if there was a fire (backroom). There is also a HUGE pressure to get customers to buy a Rewards credit card and the managers will sometimes make you feel kind of bad if you haven't gotten any while working up front.
