Pros
Learn a lot, are able to work in many areas of the store, I worked in the fitting rooms, as a cashier, on the sales floor, helped process markdowns, and mainly worked at return and exchange counter. It was nice to be able to work in many different areas of the store and not be stuck in one area alone.
Cons
It was a messy store and hard to maintain cleanliness, definitely worked with some interesting co-workers, the clientele in my town were pretty rude.
