Pros

They have a flexible schedule, and will work with you to balance out your personal needs.

Cons

The pay is only minimum. Not enough recognition. The managers throw all of their hard work on you, and expect you to complete it.

Pros

Good pay and flexible hours

Cons

The workplace culture felt highly driven by informalities, which often made it difficult to resolve issues professionally. Management responses to workplace concerns often felt inconsistent, and similar incidents appeared to be handled differently depending on the individuals involved. Employee morale appeared low, and turnover seemed higher than expected during my time there. Lack of support during peak periods and backroom inefficiencies. The work environment felt unsustainable due to unresolved management issues, communication breakdowns, and inconsistent handling of workplace conflicts.
