Pros

Home office possibility. Quick onboarding. Pay is listed in the job ad.

Cons

You get timed for every second you work. Pressure keeps getting higher each month you stay. If you suddenly get issues with internet or electricity, the company doesnt cover that time even if you have proof from the provider about the outage . You have to stay longer and work those hours later. German holidays are free, but you have to compensate those hours later on, basically staying every day 1h longer to make up for the German holiday your company wasnt working. During the interviews youre lied to about job expectations and firm rules. The reality is nuch different. You only get 2 minutes after the call to take another call, which is insanely psychologically exhausting. Even if they tell you you will be working in emails and calls, its 90% calls.

Pros

Company culture is very relaxed and laid back. The people who work here build some of the best products for the biggest clients in the world. Bar-none, I’ve never worked with more intelligent and passionate people ever. There is pride in efficiency, quality, and so much more.

Cons

Management is very… out of touch? Not at their own fault to be clear, but out of business processes. It’s difficult for them to grow and promote employees because they’re constantly shifted from one team to the next. The pay is “Meh” at best, and nowhere near the industry standard, but it is safe.
