Business Outlook
Pros
The men and women of the company at all levels are very devoted and conscientious. Those individuals assigned to the Field Operations Group get to travel the world in support of the various LTA systems the company produces and supports. The flight crews within the Field Operations group are the best in their fields and have been nothing but a pleasure to work with and travel with.
Cons
The only con I can honestly identify would be a lack of communication from the "Head Shed" to those assigned to the field. Moreover, those assigned to certain projects are pigeon holed on that one program and fail to be considered for other projects which may arise causing undue resentment and negativity.
