Pros
* Very good technology and work, i have learnt a lot in my last 4 years with the company, very good colleagues, surrounded with good tech, brainy and helpful people. * Decent pay, if not the best, better than many (some of my team members who went out for higher pay did not like the work in the new place and many have come back!!). * Flexibility is there (if used correctly).
Cons
- work pressure bit high, managers are pushy for more work, some qa processes sucks! (but no escape - seems to work though!) - benefits are not on par (no transport, no stocks) - not much trainings (unless you ask for), you need to struggle to keep yourself updated
