      Pros

      good work life balance. good learning.

      Cons

      company is going through lots of changes and the new management is not ready to listen to anyone. you are bound to do what they are saying or else they will make sure you leave the job. All good people from higher management have left and current culture is toxic and political. I will not advice anyone to join this company, lose peace of mind and spoil their career.
