      - great teamwork and support from the colleagues - a lot of opportunities to learn and grow (courses and platforms, people with a lot of experience) - applying modern methodologies and technologies - very flexible workhours - great community and amazing people - freedom to speak yourself out - work without pressure (at least when you are still at this position)

      - can't be promoted so fast
