      Pros

      Though it’s too early for me to share my experience here, I wanted to stress on the ease I had and the kind of support I got for my onboarding process and what I am experiencing here in my early stage! Very helpful set of HR, wonderful welcome by the team and my manager, a great employee friendly, work culture have made me extremely happy to start my sprint here!! I will update the rest after a while!!

      Cons

      Again too early may be for this! Nothing much on cons. Well probably they can improve on the food options at cafeteria( I understand it’s post covid period and very less crowd at office ). Probably they can take it slow but this is something which is needed for sure.

      The company went through two acquisitions within one year Leadership shifts and restructuring created uncertainty Instability affected employee performance and long-term planning Communication around organizational changes could have been clearer
