Great place to learn as you have access to lot of artifacts. Good work life balance if you are in the right project.
Cons
Pathetic management - they are only there to get projects and make money. Yes that is the golden word - money. They will send you onsite and totally forget about you and will only come back to you at the end of the month to ask about the correct billing. Managers play politics to the maximum. No employee growth if you are in the 6-8 years experience range. They hardly care about employees. A few of the managers dont even know what management means. Hard to imagine how they select candidates for a managers post. On top of that employee attrition at its maximum and there is nothing being done to stop it. Lots of policy changes which is again inclined towards saving money only!! PS: I only know about the Consulting division in India as I work there. I have no idea how the other divisions work
