Cons
Too many managers with conflicting direction. Too few real leaders, many managers without people skills. 5 hours of zoom meetings per day is too many...Creates requirement for extra hours just to keep up, which offers little time or energy for creativity or innovation. Most importantly many job descriptions used when hiring are completely inaccurate, leaving many employees frustrated when actual job is different than expected.
