      Recent reviews are likely confusing to folks. Terracotta no longer exists as separate entity. You'll get a better sense of things by reading Software AG reviews. The "pros" at this point would be working 9-5 at a big company collecting a paycheck.

      Cons

      All the cons of a typical big company. E.g. rampant mediocrity, no direction, etc. But perfectly fine if you just want to go on cruise control.
