      Pros

      - on average good salary but no benefits - Work Life Balance is good and people stay here for longer time - Learning opportunity and few product code base is good to enhance your knowledge - Employee friendly company

      Cons

      - politics in few teams - few people get promotion each year and many people get deprived of promotions . It's biased. - Cloud products is little in mess in Bangalore and no competent leader - Food is of bad quality and they are not able to manage it properly and always ready with excuse - No office cabs
