Pros
Good products to work on. Good work culture and easy to work with people. Good work life balance, though occasional customer driven issues and project delivery will demand long hours.
Cons
Product quality can be better. Portfolio mainly contains acquired products, that are essentially reworked to integrate in portfolio. Several highly skilled people, but good number of duds too. Some are removed, but frequency should be higher, and detection & removal time should be shorter. R&D leaves something to desired, R is close to 0%, D is at best 50%, sustaining is at least 50% is almost all products.
