I joined Sixt in Lisbon about three months ago, and overall, the experience has been very positive.
Working in a customer service role can be challenging, but I’ve felt genuinely supported by both the management and my team from the beginning.
One thing I really appreciate is the hybrid work model — we go to the office two days a week, and there's even Bolt credit provided to help with commuting, which definitely makes the office days more enjoyable.
The atmosphere at the office also is friendly.
It’s still early days for me, but so far, I’m really happy to be part of the team.
