Sales Managers are hard pressed to increase sales and the expectations are unreasonable for nearly all locations. You feel judged at every step and don't look forward to your next sales performance review; which happen every month. The goal is to always be above your branches average; It doesn't take a genius to figure out that about half of the people will not make the cut.
The management is a bit removed from the day-to-day activity and does not always understand what is going on.
The people that wash/service/bring us the cars have no idea what cars we need and often take a very long time bringing what we need. This results in negative customer reports, which lowers our commission.
