Cons
Downsizing "senior engineering leaders" and "product leaders" in India team. If you join India team you will hardly get promoted to next level after senior Manager level. When I last left there were only 3 seniors having level of director or above from tech team and all the senior product leaders were actively looking out because they was a huge layoffs of product teams in the previous year. You can go through the linkedin job openings and I bet you'll not find a single senior level opening and this has been the trend in last 1.5 years. Note: Refrained myself from giving this review for more than a year but after speaking to multiple ex-collegues currently working in the company and the ones left the company in last 6 months I am compelled to write the most honest review
