      Constant change occurs because they are still trying to figure out what works the best for the company and customer.

There are also great ways to interact with so many people and customers. While we are over 100 years old from Germany, we are still relatively new to the US, only since 2011.       It only takes one or two customer reviews to affect you negatively. Disproportionate to the number of customers you handle.
