      Pros

      I love being part of such a great team that truly cares about the employees and their work experience. The work/life balance is awesome and I enjoy and look forward to work on a daily basis. I've never worked for such a caring team before, we truly are a family!

      Honestly all of the pros of this company is gone

      Cons

      - Bad management - No new projects - Monthly silent layoffs - Basically if you are in bench, expect to be laid off - Loyalty means nothing, no culture
