Business Outlook
Pros
The company is one of the most technologically advanced companies that I have ever worked for. As far as systems go, they were up to the minute in keeping up with the most efficient ones. I enjoyed working for this group of a large, multi national corporation.
Cons
Being that it is such a large and, in my opinion, a flat organization, there was little room to see future growth and advancement potential. I don't believe there was a lot of trust in the organization as the top brass retained most of the decision making authority and didn't delegate down to middle management.
