      Leader in MR technology, great senior management except for one who quickly got replaced, life work balance guaranteed, Franconian laugh-in-the-basement mentality, looking back a great team in marketing and sales, the guy in competition analyst is a God

      Extremely stingy on travel budgets, big city guys might feel Erlangen is too backwater

      Pros

      Great company and coworkers. People are very nice and friendly and the CEC is a nice place to work and the role has flexible hours.

      Cons

      There is a lot of work to be done so there's a lot of stress that comes with the role. There are times where you will have to work over 40 hours a week. Seems like work-life balance is not prioritized.
