Business Outlook
Pros
The people are great at Siemens. They are very down to earth and helpful. There are plenty of things to learn and the company is very diversified in location. It is also part of Siemens AG, so there is the stability of a huge, conservative company behind SBT. Although, SBT itself is very large (10,000+).
Cons
The work can be quite slow and the business itself can be pretty dull. A lot of the systems sold do not change place to place. Also, the technology available does not change rapidly either.
