Pros
They are a very rich company so they pay well. We traveled a lot and got great gifts and bonuses. We were allowed to get any and all gadets we felt we needed for work.....EXCELLENT!!!
Cons
Not racially equal. Most senior staff are caucasian or of asian background. The few senior minority staff are not necessarily respected. It's a very clique'ish company so expect to only do lunch with your group if you want to be a team player. The Deerfield office has 250-300 employees so everyone knows everyone. Senior management pretty much calls the shots....don't expect to make change.
