      Great work-life balance Little internal politics, The culture is quite straightforward due to the geo impact. Easy to outperform.

      Cons

      Few people are seriously working with outcomes in the corp org. You barely find people who understand the domain, market, neither technologies. It's a huge effort to get people on board and proceed with real progress.

      Pros

      Great company and coworkers. People are very nice and friendly and the CEC is a nice place to work and the role has flexible hours.

      Cons

      There is a lot of work to be done so there's a lot of stress that comes with the role. There are times where you will have to work over 40 hours a week. Seems like work-life balance is not prioritized.
