Women are not valued at this company. You will be sidelined. You will hear sexist comments and see sexist behavior by the most senior leadership regularly. You will be paid less than male peers. You will be scared to have private meetings with some senior management, but their peers will support them. You will hear women whispering in hallways about the abuse. You'll falsely think new leadership will prioritize this problem, but you'll be proven wrong every day. You will be reminded each day that you are not welcome at the table.
