      -Excellent work-life balance. -Positive and welcoming office atmosphere. -You’re valued as a team member, not just a number. -Numerous external activities to encourage networking. -A highly international team. -Endless career opportunities within Satair and Airbus. -An ideal company to gain experience and grow as an aviation professional.

      Cons

      -Pay is below the industry standard. -Due to the nature of the role, fully disconnecting during vacation can be challenging on a personal level, even though the company actively encourages taking time off and unplugging.

      Pros

      Exciting industry, but they advertise as Airbus until you get an offer

      Cons

      Gaslighting is prevalent. Ageism is rampant. Very little opportunity for advancement. Favoritism is key and management pretends to be caring but will turn on you in a heartbeat if you actually open up to them with an issue.
