      Pros

      Satair is a very international and diverse company with a positive work culture. There is a flat hierarchy and managers trust you and appreciate your efforts and contributions. I would recommend Satair to both freshers and experienced professionals.

      Cons

      Current office location is not close to a metro station so its a bit inconvenient.

      Pros

      Exciting industry, but they advertise as Airbus until you get an offer

      Cons

      Gaslighting is prevalent. Ageism is rampant. Very little opportunity for advancement. Favoritism is key and management pretends to be caring but will turn on you in a heartbeat if you actually open up to them with an issue.
