      Pros

      - Great contracts and pay - Very secure jobs and fair solutions for letting people go even during COVID - Really global and international setup with strong established processes while still allowing change in adequate speed. However, this is not a startup, not only young people. Instead proper pay and career planning are possible - Ability to travel if work required (in Biz class if crossing IATA zones).

      Cons

      - Compared to Airbus, the mother company, flat hierarchy - Work can be monotonous - Company policies for everything

      Pros

      Exciting industry, but they advertise as Airbus until you get an offer

      Cons

      Gaslighting is prevalent. Ageism is rampant. Very little opportunity for advancement. Favoritism is key and management pretends to be caring but will turn on you in a heartbeat if you actually open up to them with an issue.
