      Great opportunities to develop your skills. A global company, so you get global business experience. Multi-culture company and people with a can-do attitude to improve the business. Benefits like 4 care days annually, a shareholder program and an annual bonus (location-based)

      Cons

      Benefits are lacking regarding being on the level with other major companies regarding pension, optional pay account (fritvalgskonto), and the option to get overtime paid out.

      Pros

      Exciting industry, but they advertise as Airbus until you get an offer

      Cons

      Gaslighting is prevalent. Ageism is rampant. Very little opportunity for advancement. Favoritism is key and management pretends to be caring but will turn on you in a heartbeat if you actually open up to them with an issue.
