      Satair is very progressive with their benefits and competitive salaries. They are a global company and very open to all people. My manager is awesome and strives to give a work life balance and flexibility.

      Cons

      The company is growing and with that their are always changes and growing pains as the work structure shifts to meet the market.

      Pros

      Exciting industry, but they advertise as Airbus until you get an offer

      Cons

      Gaslighting is prevalent. Ageism is rampant. Very little opportunity for advancement. Favoritism is key and management pretends to be caring but will turn on you in a heartbeat if you actually open up to them with an issue.
