      Great colleagues Part of an exciting industry Opportunities to make the company grow Good salary Copenhagen office is good: gym, fair facilities, great canteen.

      Cons

      AIRBUS can be very political Strategy deployment and change take forever.... if it happens Mismatch communication and culture between Hamburg and Copenhagen Office location in Copenhagen difficult to access with open transportation Hamburg office is dirty, no attention to cleaning (even in the middle of a pandemic), canteen food is not edible.

      Pros

      Exciting industry, but they advertise as Airbus until you get an offer

      Cons

      Gaslighting is prevalent. Ageism is rampant. Very little opportunity for advancement. Favoritism is key and management pretends to be caring but will turn on you in a heartbeat if you actually open up to them with an issue.
