      -great team spirit -many opportunities to learn if interested in supply chain, digitalization and IT -great managers -good canteen -lots of flexibility

      Cons

      -really large companies -lots of people had to go during corona which is normal in the industry -no effort to keep young and motivated employees -Salary is average but could be higher to make it one of the top employers in Denmark

      Pros

      Exciting industry, but they advertise as Airbus until you get an offer

      Cons

      Gaslighting is prevalent. Ageism is rampant. Very little opportunity for advancement. Favoritism is key and management pretends to be caring but will turn on you in a heartbeat if you actually open up to them with an issue.
