      Pros

      Everyone that is part of the Satair Team is incredibly friendly and welcoming. More so, because it is an international organization you are given great insight into how a large business works. The pay is quite good for an intern, and upward mobility is not a huge challange.

      Cons

      Didn't have enough to keep me engaged. Wish I had more enticing projects to work on.

      Pros

      Exciting industry, but they advertise as Airbus until you get an offer

      Cons

      Gaslighting is prevalent. Ageism is rampant. Very little opportunity for advancement. Favoritism is key and management pretends to be caring but will turn on you in a heartbeat if you actually open up to them with an issue.
