Pros

I have moved thrice between East and West Coast offices. I have always had a place at Sage regardless of the location. They are the most family centric company I know. Every move was because of family related priority. I look forward to going to work every day and every day I learn something new. Been thru the good times and the challenging times. Always knowing that Sage is working harder to make sure we move towards the common goal that we can truly transform ourselves and Sage if we perform to the very best we can. It is not only a customer centric organization but also an employee centric organization. I have always had the freedom to contribute and provide feedback even to our CEO Mr. Kelly. This is a great company with tremendous momentum and firmly perched on the Pilars of Leadership and innovation and technology. I should know I have been with them 16 plus years. I know Sage matters to me because I natter to Sage.

Pros

Some of the people are genuinely rockstars in their crafts. The insurance is top notch and PTO is generous.

Cons

Company culture and morale are awful. The salaries are low, policies are dated and not equitable, product and internal tech is dated. Rapid changes due to poor leadership and frequent turnover. Leadership does not seem to possess the ability to pivot once decisions have been made, even if the decision was the wrong one. Company personality is archaic and as far away from forward-thinking as possible.
