Pros
SAP is great for young professionals looking to learn a lot. They have several programs that are made to develop young talents (academy for customer success, early leadership program...). On top of that, the pay is quite good and bonus can enable you to make a lot of money.
Cons
Challenging environment where we are something left to our own devices (which can sometimes be positive of course). It's not easy to gain respect and trust from older colleagues who have way more experience and that can also bring its challenges. Targets are quite high and also include some exceptions and rules which makes it harder to succeed
