You can express ideas freely and openly. You are even asked to own great ideas when you come up with them so that you can make it happen. The road map to develop your career at Qualtrics is clearly outlined from day 1. It's up to you to work hard, it never goes unnoticed. From free lunch on a Friday to getting to help out at events. It's an amazing place if you want to have huge career.
Cons
The job is not easy, but I think any job worth doing should be hard. You need to be self-motivated and driven to succeed. Some days you may have to work harder to hit your targets, but in the end you are always rewarded. Being organised is key to success at Qualtrics.
