Pros
Its an Informal Company. You get lots of Freedom to work,play , do anything. No questions asked if you do your job right and when I say right I don't mean working your ass off :)
Cons
There is not much innovative work going down here.Usually those are done by the main team and the remaining "deterministic" work is given to the starters.
