      Top notch engineering in wireless and mobile.

      Cons

      In declining markets, no prospects or hope for growth. Tied to Android which is losing against Apple ecosystem. Insular culture. Most executive team except engineering seem to not see it or are unable to do anything about it.

      Great design team. Learn a lot in the project. Great resources for self motivated technical improvement.

      Cons

      Big wave of talented engineers leaving in some critical departments. CEO lacks responsibility on the company development. CEO and CFO have been selling their stocks a lot every year.
