      Cons

      Experience depends on luck. Some teams are great, others can be toxic and disorganised. Dealing with US management is a mess. Company has no clear vision about itself and its future, nor does it have the strong image to the public it could have.

      Great design team. Learn a lot in the project. Great resources for self motivated technical improvement.

      Cons

      Big wave of talented engineers leaving in some critical departments. CEO lacks responsibility on the company development. CEO and CFO have been selling their stocks a lot every year.
